How buying Pro works
Through Apple
Pro is an in-app purchase on the App Store, paid with your Apple Account. We never see your card or your name.
Family Sharing
One purchase covers the people in your Apple Family Sharing group, under Apple's rules for Family Sharing.
Restore Purchases
New iPhone, or reinstalled the app? Settings, then Restore Purchases, and Pro is back. No account of ours is involved.
Refunds
Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds ourselves.
Prices outside the US
$7.99 is the US price. In other countries Apple sets the price in your currency, and the App Store shows it before you pay.
No nagging
You only see the Pro screen when you reach for a Pro feature, such as adding a second pet. Never during setup.
Why no subscription?
A subscription makes sense when a company runs servers for you every month. Paw Crew has no servers: your data lives on your iPhone and in your iCloud. So we charge once for the work of making the app, and that is the end of it.

- Is Paw Crew a subscription?
- No. The app is free for one pet, and Paw Crew Pro is a one-time in-app purchase of $7.99 in the US. Nothing renews and nothing expires.
- What can I do without paying?
- Everything for one pet: the log, reminders, med courses, health records, Observations, weight, contacts, widgets, Siri, Live Activities, streaks and milestones, Spotlight, the Apple Watch app, the iPad layout and iCloud sync, plus household sharing and household notifications, the lost-pet card and supply reminders. A second pet, the vet report and export, the journal, sitter handoff and vet expenses need Paw Crew Pro.
- Does one purchase cover my whole household?
- Yes, for the people in your Apple Family Sharing group, under Apple's Family Sharing rules.
- How do I get a refund?
- Through Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com. App Store purchases are refunded by Apple, not by us.
- What is the tip jar?
- An optional way to say thank you, in Settings > Tip Jar. Tips are one-time payments through Apple of $1.99, $4.99 or $9.99 in the US. A tip unlocks nothing, everything works without one, and tips cannot be restored or shared through Family Sharing. If someone in your family must approve the tip with Ask to Buy, Paw Crew thanks you once it is approved.
- I have a new iPhone. Do I pay again?
- No. Open Settings in Paw Crew and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account.
