Умови покупки

The short version

Paw Crew is free to download and free to use for one pet. Paw Crew Pro is a one-time in-app purchase of $7.99 in the United States, bought through Apple. There are no subscriptions, no free trials that turn into charges, no renewals and nothing to cancel.

Apple takes the payment, Apple decides refunds, and we never see your payment details. Use Restore Purchases in Settings to get Pro back on a new iPhone. Pro works with Apple’s Family Sharing. Your data is never held back: you can always see and delete everything you have recorded.

These purchase terms are part of the terms of use. If they conflict on anything about purchases, these win.

1. Who you are buying from

Paw Crew Pro is provided by Kallos Labs LLC and sold through the Apple App Store. Apple is the seller of record. That means:

• Apple takes your payment, using the payment method on your Apple Account;
• Apple’s own terms, including the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, apply to the purchase alongside these;
• Apple handles billing, receipts and refunds;
• we never see your card, your billing address or any payment details. See section 10 of the privacy policy.

2. What is free

The free version of Paw Crew is a complete care log for one pet. It includes:

• the Day Ledger and one-tap logging, with Undo;
• reminders, including Mark done, Snooze and Skip from the notification;
• med courses, vaccines, flea and tick treatment, deworming and checkups with due dates;
• the weight log and chart, and vet, sitter and groomer contacts;
• Observations;
• widgets, Siri and Shortcuts, and Live Activities (the walk timer and the next dose countdown);
• sync across your own devices through your iCloud;
• the three themes, in light and dark;
• household sharing through iCloud, with household notifications and “not logged yet” nudges;
• the lost-pet poster and pocket card;
• supply reminders;
• care streaks, milestones, and birthday and gotcha-day cards;
• Spotlight search;
• the Apple Watch app and the iPad layout.

The free version covers one pet. Adding a second pet needs Paw Crew Pro.

3. What Paw Crew Pro includes

Paw Crew Pro is a one-time purchase (a “non-consumable” in Apple’s terms). At launch it unlocks:

• unlimited pets;
• your own log types and icons;
• sitter handoff: the sitter sheet as a PDF, and temporary sitter invites that end on a date you choose;
• vet expenses: costs with categories and receipt photos, monthly and yearly totals, and CSV export;
• the PDF vet report and full CSV and JSON export of your records;
• the documents and photo journal, with each pet’s timeline and a monthly photo recap.

The current list is always on the pricing page. If we add features to Pro later, people who already bought it get them too.

Things that are never behind Pro

Whatever you buy or do not buy:

• you can always see everything you have logged;
• you can always delete a log, a pet or everything, with Settings > Delete all data;
• no ads, free or Pro, ever;
• no tracking and no data collection, free or Pro.

4. Price

This is the US price. Prices in other countries are set through Apple and may differ, and may be rounded to local price points. The App Store shows you the exact price, in your currency and including any tax it collects, before you confirm. That is the price you pay.

We may change the price of Paw Crew Pro for new buyers. A price change never affects a purchase you have already made, and there is nothing further to pay.

5. No subscriptions

Paw Crew has no subscriptions. There is no monthly or yearly plan, no free trial that converts into a charge, no automatic renewal and no recurring billing. Because nothing renews, there is nothing to cancel.

If we ever offer a subscription in future, it will be optional, it will not take anything away from people who bought Pro, and we will publish its terms here before it goes on sale.

6. Optional tips

Paw Crew has an optional tip jar in Settings, in the first version and after:

• tips are optional, one-time payments through Apple, at the prices the App Store shows ($1.99, $4.99 and $9.99 in the US);
• a tip is a way to say thank you. It unlocks nothing and is not needed for any feature;
• tips are consumable purchases, so they cannot be restored and are not shared through Family Sharing;
• if a tip needs approval through Ask to Buy, it is completed only when it is approved, and the app thanks you then;
• refunds for tips are handled by Apple, like any other purchase.

7. Restoring Pro, and new devices

If you reinstall Paw Crew or move to a new iPhone, open Settings > Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with. Pro comes back at no extra cost. Pro usually also turns on by itself on any device signed in to that Apple Account.

Restoring is separate from your data:

• Your pets and logs come back from your iCloud if iCloud was on for Paw Crew. If iCloud was off, your data stayed on that iPhone only, and restoring Pro does not bring it back. See the privacy policy.
• We cannot restore a purchase or your data for you, because we have no account for you and no copy of anything. We are happy to help you with the steps: write to support@pawcrew.app.

8. Family Sharing

Paw Crew Pro supports Apple’s Family Sharing. If you have set up Family Sharing and turned on purchase sharing, the members of your family group can use Pro on their own devices at no extra cost, under Apple’s rules for Family Sharing. Apple decides who is in your family group, and Apple can change how Family Sharing works.

Family Sharing is not the same as household sharing in Paw Crew:

• household sharing lets anyone you invite see and log for the pets you share, through iCloud sharing. They do not need Pro, and they do not need to be in your Apple family group;
• Family Sharing is how Apple shares a Pro purchase with your family group. It does not share any pets or logs.

9. Refunds

Purchases are made through the App Store, so Apple’s refund rules apply, and refunds are decided by Apple. We cannot refund an App Store purchase ourselves.

To ask for a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, and choose the purchase. You can also start from the receipt email Apple sent you, or contact Apple Support.

If Apple refunds Pro, Pro turns off on your devices. Your pets and logs stay where they are, and you can still see and delete them.

Deleting your data, deleting the app or leaving a household does not refund Pro, and a refund does not delete your data.

This section does not affect any right to a refund or remedy you have under the law where you live, for example if what you bought is faulty or not as described.

10. EU and UK: your right to withdraw

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have a right to withdraw from a contract for digital content within 14 days, without giving a reason.

For digital content that is supplied straight away, that right can end once the supply begins. When you buy Paw Crew Pro and it unlocks at once, you may be asked to confirm that you want it to start immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right to withdraw once it has started. Where the right still applies, you can use it within the 14 days.

Because Apple is the seller and billing runs through Apple, withdrawal and any refund that goes with it are handled by Apple under its procedures, through reportaproblem.apple.com (see section 9). If you have trouble, write to us and we will help you through it. This does not affect your other statutory consumer rights, which cannot be excluded.

11. If something goes wrong

If Pro does not unlock after you paid, or disappears:

1. Make sure you are signed in to the App Store with the Apple Account you bought with.
2. Open Settings > Restore Purchases in Paw Crew.
3. Check that Screen Time content restrictions do not block in-app purchases.
4. If that does not work, write to support@pawcrew.app with the date of purchase and the order ID from your Apple receipt. Never send us your password or payment details.

12. If Paw Crew changes or is withdrawn

We intend to keep Paw Crew available and working on current versions of iOS. If we ever stop selling or updating it, the copy on your iPhone keeps working as long as iOS supports it, and your data stays on your devices and in your iCloud, where you can see and delete it.

We may change, suspend or stop Paw Crew, or any feature, at any time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable to you for doing so. A one-time purchase does not promise updates for any fixed period. If something you bought is faulty or not as described, you keep the rights the law gives you for digital content, and refunds are handled by Apple as section 9 explains.

13. Taxes and currency

Prices in the App Store include any sales tax, VAT or GST that Apple collects for your country, and are charged in the currency Apple uses for your account. Apple is responsible for collecting and paying those taxes. Your bank may add its own fees for a foreign currency payment.

14. Changes to these purchase terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and, for a significant change, tell you in the app before it takes effect. A change never takes away a purchase you have already made or the promises in section 3.
