# Acknowledgements

## The short version

Paw Crew is built on the work of other people who share it freely. This page
lists the open source software, icons and fonts that the Paw Crew app and
pawcrew.app use, and the licences they are used under. Everything else in Paw
Crew, including the name, the paw mark, the pet doodles, the themes and the
copy, belongs to Kallos Labs LLC, as the [terms of use](https://pawcrew.app/terms) explain.

Thank you to everyone who made these.

## 1. In the app

The Paw Crew app is written in Swift with Apple's own frameworks (SwiftUI,
Core Data, CloudKit, StoreKit, UserNotifications, WidgetKit, App Intents and
MetricKit), which are part of iOS and licensed to us by Apple. It contains no
third-party SDKs: no analytics, advertising or tracking code.

The pet icons (cat, dog, bird, fish, rabbit, lizard, turtle and hamster) and
the paw print are hand drawn for Paw Crew in a brush pen style. They are ours and
are not part of Phosphor Icons.

This list was checked against the app on 27 October 2026: it uses no Swift
packages or other third-party code. We update this page in the same release as
any change.

Text on the website uses the fonts already on your device: SF Pro on Apple
devices, and your system's own interface font elsewhere. We do not load any web
fonts, so no font service learns that you visited.

The website is built and tested with other open source tools, such as
TypeScript, ESLint and Playwright, which are not part of what your browser
downloads.

**Geist.** Copyright (c) 2023 Vercel, in collaboration with basement.studio.
Used under the SIL Open Font License, version 1.1, whose text is at
openfontlicense.org.

**SF Pro and SF Symbols.** SF Pro and SF Symbols are provided by Apple as part
of its operating systems and are used under Apple's terms. They are not
distributed by us.
